All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days.
Shipments and deliveries are sent out 345 days a year Monday - Sunday, if we are experiencing high order frequency and there is a delay in shipment, you will be notified via email or text message.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-2 days of your order once the order is processed. A tracking number is generated once the product is sent and you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a place where you can track it.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Horizon Direct is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Horizon Direct is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
